Gearup2go stands behind all products we sell and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the first 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment, less any shipping fees.
If the return is an error on our part, we will gladly pay for the return shipping and provide you with a shipping label. On all other returns, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. All items should be returned in the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER packaging, and in NEW condition. Any items not returned in this condition will be subject to a restocking fee, MINIMUM 20%.
GearUp2Go does NOT accept returns on OPENED hard parts. Always verify fitment prior to purchasing. There is a 20% restocking fee on all UNOPENED hard parts in original packaging.
Gearup2go will not accept returns for ANY electronic items, chemicals or liquids.
To return your purchase, follow the steps below:
Please allow 10-14 business days to process the return and/or refund once the item has been received.
If your product arrives damaged, please keep all shipping and packaging materials and immediately contact Customer Service at (800) 920-7574, Option #2.
If your product arrives and it appears to contain a manufacturer defect of any kind, you will need to contact the Manufacturer for instructions on how to return or exchange. Any warranty issues will be the responsibility of the Manufacturer and not Gearup2go.
