Polaris Sportsman Ace Half Windshield by EMP

Half windshields are a good alternative to full windshields,because they block the wind but still allow you to see when the it gets dusty or muddy.Made from 3/16" thick Polycarbonate (LEXAN) to ensure that it will not break like cheaper Acrylic windshields. Our Rubber Patent Pending "UTV Fast Straps" allow you to remove it without any tools.Simply unhook the rubber straps and remove your windshield.We leave the Polycarbonate Manufacturer's protective coating on until you get it,so that you can easily read that it is Polycarbonate.

1. ( 1) 12486-01 Windshield

Hardware Kit:

1. (4) 11651 Rubber Fast Straps

2. (1) 3/16" x 29" Long Edge Trim

3. ( 1) Logo Sticker


1. Peal back the protective coating along
both sides of the bottom edge. Only
about an inch up.

2. Slide the Rubber Edge trim over the bottom
edge. Make sure you have it centered.

3. Bolt the Rubber Straps to the slots. Do
not tighten yet.

4. Mount the assembly to the cage by wrapping
the rubber straps around the tubing
and hooking them on to the plastic pins.

5. Once, you have the straps in the correct
location tighten the hardware.
