Industry Leading Adjustability
Unlike others, these arms allow you to custom tailor your ride to fit your individual needs. Add a lift, new shocks, or larger tires and eliminate premature tire wear, often caused by misalignment, and keep the ride quality you want.
Removal: Keep all stock hardware and components.
- Raise Front of machine off ground and secure with jack stands.
- Remove Wheels.
- Remove Lower A-Arms from Frame and Spindles.
- Remove Shocks and Brake Lines from Upper A-Arms.
- Remove Upper A-Arms from Frame and Spindles.
- Unclamp Boots from Rack and Pinion.
Lower: Do not tighten hardware completely unless noted.
1. Transfer stock Bushings, Pivot Shafts, and Ball Joints to new A-Arms. See Fig. 1.
2. Install new A-Arms (A-B) to Frame with stock hardware. SuperATV recommends using
Loc-Tite on Nuts when installing. See Fig. 2.
- Secure Spindles with stock hardware. See Fig. 2a.
3. Reinstall necessary components and tighten all hardware securely

Upper: Do not tighten hardware completely unless noted. Keep all stock hardware.
1. Transfer stock Bushings, Pivot Shafts, and Ball Joints to new A-Arms. See Fig. 3.
- Install Zerk Fittings (G). See Fig. 3.
2. Install new A-Arms to Frame with stock hardware. SuperATV recommends using Loc-Tite on
Nuts when installing. See Fig. 4.
- Secure Brake Lines to new A-Arms with Brake Line Clips (F) and Brake Line Clamps (E) using
M5-.80 x 16mm Lg. BHCS. See Figs. 4 - 4a.
- Install Shock with stock hardware. See. Fig. 4a.
- Secure Spindles with stock hardware. See Fig. 4b.
3. Tighten all hardware securely.

CASTER
Perform adjustments in small increments.
Adjustments are to be made after all suspension components have been completely assembled. Tires must not be in contact with ground when making adjustments.
1. Raise machine so that tires are off ground.
2. Turn Pivot Blocks to adjust caster.
3. Lower machine and settle suspension components by rolling machine back and forth several feet at a time.
4. Check settings and make small adjustments as needed.
- Each time an adjustment is made, machine must be rolled back and forth to settle suspension components.
