lnstallation:
1. Bolt the hinge to the metal frame and the poly bottom using the 10-32 screws and nuts. Do not to over-tighten the screws as it could crack the poly. (see fig. I)
2. Remove the thumbscrews and nylon nuts from the clamps. Set aside for now.
3. Using the (6) thumbscrews and (6) clamps attach the assembly to the cage. The thubscrews will go through the metal frame and into the clamps. Once you have it in the correct location you can put the nylon nuts on the clamps. You will probably need a hand with this step. The clamps are designed to remain on the cage at all times. You can remove the windshield by simply removing the thumbscrews.
4. Bolt the L-Shaped brackets to the Poly bottom using the large washers, 1/4-20 x 3/4 bolts, and nylon nuts. The leg of the bracket will point towards the center of the vehicle. (see fig. 3 and 4)
5. Attach the stainless steel Tip Out Brackets to the L-Shaped brackets using the nylon nuts. The Nylon washer will go between the part as act as a bearing. (see Fig 4 and 5).
6. Attach the clamps to the cage and tip out bracket using the remaining (2) clamps and (2) thumbscrews). You will need to put the nylon nuts on the clamps before operating the tip out bottom.
7. Apply the l" wide foam to the center of the bottom.
8. Slide the bubble edge trim over the bottom in two places as shown. (see fig. 6)
