What are the benefits of becoming a Rewards Member?
How soon can I redeem my Gear Bucks?
In order to redeem your Gear Bucks, you must first have earned 3,500 points. After you have reached that point level in your account, you may redeem your points on your next purchase with GearUp2Go.com.
How do I earn Rewards Points?
Once you have created an account with GearUp2Go, your My Rewards section will be added to your account. You will automatically earn points on orders placed online or over the phone. Additional points can be earned the following ways: (address if there is a maximum amount earned on these)
How many points will I earn with my purchase?
The amount of points will be added to your rewards account as seen below:
For example, if a customer purchases a product for $199.99, 1990 points will be earned. Points are not accumulated on shipping or tax.
How will I receive my Rewards?
Your rewards will be automatically tracked in your customer account but a notification email will be sent to the email address on file when Gear Bucks are earned.
How can I check my Rewards Points balance?
The quickest way to check your Rewards Points balance is on GearUp2Go.com. You will be able to check your balance if you have created a GearUp2Go account. Simply log in to your account by clicking here. If you do not have a GearUp2Go account, you can create on by clicking here. Also, you can check your points balance by contacting a GearUp2Go representative via email, live chat or phone.
What if I check out as a guest and not log into my account? Will I still earn my Gear Bucks?
If you are a Rewards Member, on the date of your original purchase, then you are eligible for credit towards your Rewards account for 90 days from the date of purchase. To receive credit, you must call Customer Service at 800.920.7574. A purchase order number will be necessary so be sure to have that ready when you call.
How long do I have to earn my Rewards?
You have a full year from the date of your purchase to use your Rewards. Any unused rewards will expire and the Rewards balance will be updated accordingly.
How quickly will my purchases be posted to my Rewards Account?
Your purchases will be automatically posted to your Rewards Account upon completion of your order.
Is there a limit to the number of Gear Bucks that I can earn in one year?
Yes, the maximum number of Gear Bucks a customer can earn is 20,000 Bucks.
What can I use my Gear Bucks on?
GearBucks can be used on any products on GearUp2Go.com
Will my Gear Bucks expire?
Yes, the expiration date
Can I use my Gear Bucks with other coupons and promotions?
At this time, Gear Bucks cannot be redeemed with other coupons and promotions.
Can I transfer my Gear Bucks to another customer account?
No, Gear Bucks and Rewards are not transferrable.
Will I earn rewards points when I redeem my GearUp2Go gift card as a method of payment?
Points are earned on merchandise only. Payments made by gift cards will be deducted from the merchandise total before points are accumulated. The purchaser of the gift card you are redeeming earned the Reward points.
What if I need to return my purchase, what happens to my Gear Bucks?
GearUp2Go wants customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, so all products have a 30 day guaranteed return policy. The net result from the return will reduce your Rewards balance by that amount.
