Can-Am is a motorcycle product Division of BRP, based out of Canada. BRP began developing Can-Am motocross and enduro bikes in 1971 but later shifted its focus from recreational products to the transit equipment industry and also aircraft manufacturing several years after that. Reduced investments in the Can-Am division forced an end to their motorcycle production in 1987.
In 2006, BRP reintroduced the Can-Am brand when they launched their Can-Am Outlander ATV. With renewed success, BRP quickly began expanding their line of utility vehicles and launched their first side-by-side UTV, the Can-Am Commander in 2010. Hot on its tail, the Can-Am Maverick debuted to compete in the recreational UTV high-speed trails and racing market. BRP's latest UTV, the Can-Am Defender, joined the scene in 2015 as a direct competitor to the Polaris Ranger XP 900.
From utility grips to storage, cabs, lights, sound systems, and more, you'll find everything you need, at GearUp2Go to customize your UTV.
