    Polaris sues Arctic Cat over side-by-side UTV patent
    The next stop in the race for trail compliant vehicle supremacy may be a courtroom as Polaris is accusing Arctic Cat of patent infringement.

    Polaris says they’re protecting their design.  It may also be an effort to protect their ownership of the trail-compliant UTV category they essentially created with 2007 introduction of the RZR, referred to in Polaris’ complaint as, “the industry’s only trail capable side-by-side.”
